Blue Daphne is one of the leading event planning and floral design boutiques in the bay area of California. Our style is cultured; a combination of European textural focus with a love for Bohemian backdrops and appreciation for vintage industrial structures.  Inspired by classic literature, our brand is infused with French garden fancy and worldly romanticism. Floral design is our passion and gift, while planning our events is how we implement our style and expertise. We truly come to know and love our clients through this beautiful and exciting process of planning out every special detail and complimenting our design with noteworthy floral elements.

We have a love and passion for events that are creative, unique, and distinctive. Our design style is fresh, bold and feminine. We love texture, unique flowers, vintage paper products, handmade textiles and thoughtful color palettes.  We put the utmost care and research into designing our events both in floral and details, and we are excited to work with like-minded couples who value bespoke design.

PLanning & coordination Services

 

Choice Package

Month of Planning and Day of Coordination

For the couple who are planning their wedding on their own but need some help the month of tying loose ends and wrapping things up. We do serve as a guide throughout the planning process and give you access to all of our online planning tools and preferred vendors list, as well. in the final month of your wedding, we step in and write your timeline, finalize layouts, take over communication with all your vendors, coordinate your rehearsal, ceremony and reception and assist in setup and cleanup. Signature Package

Our most inclusive package. Full Service Planning, Complete Event Design and Day of Coordination

We'll help find your venue, map your budget, select your vendors, manage communication between them all, coordinate all travel and lodging, and manage all contracts and logisitcal details. Also included is complete event design. We'll help translate your style into design choices that showcase who you are, style every detail of your event from the paper products to the wedding party attire to the place settings and everything in between. And of course, we will be there every step of the way on the day of coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Inquire for more details. Starts at $6500

Classic Package

Partial Planning with Day of Coordination

This package takes care of everything logisitcal and planning, and excludes the design service for the couple who wants to design their wedding themselves. We'll help find your venue, map your budget, select your vendors, manage communication between them all, coordinate all travel and lodging, and manage all contracts and logisitcal details. And of course, we will be there every step of the way on the day of coordinating the rehearsal, ceremony and reception. Inquire for more details. Starts at $4500.

Tailor Package

This package is for the couple who can take care of all the logistics, but wants all the design help and day of coordination. This includes complete event design. Floral Design is our absolute passion. We use only the best blooms sourced locally from farmers.   Quality floral elements are of utmost importance, along with our unique garden-inspired, whimsical yet timeless design aesthetic. + Styled Elopement

Includes a Bride's Bouquet, Groom's Boutonniere, Styled dinner for 2 complete with main focal designpiece and floral for table. Starts at $2500.

+ Little Wedding

Includes a Bride's Bouquet, Groom's Boutonniere, 3 Bridesmaids Bouquets, 3 Groomsmen Boutonnieres, 10 dining table centerpieces and Ceremony Decor. Starts at $3500.

+ Standard Wedding

Includes a Bride's Bouquet, Groom's Boutonniere, 5 Bridesmaids Bouquets, 5 Groomsmen Boutonnieres, 15 dining table centerpieces and Ceremony Decor. Starts at $4500.

+ Grand Wedding

Includes a Bride's Bouquet, Groom's Boutonniere, 8 Bridesmaids Bouquets, 8 Groomsmen Boutonnieres, 20 dining table centerpieces and Ceremony Decor. Starts at $5500.

Elopements & Destination

We love elopements and destination weddings!  Travel brings so many spectacular opportunities when planning one-of-a-kind experiences, and offers breathtaking backdrops, and truly unique events. We love to travel and only ask for a place to stay and our ticket there included with your package and no extra charge for our time.  Inquire below for more information.
